These Terms & Conditions ("Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ariveh mobile application, website, and related services ("Services”). By accessing or using Ariveh, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ariveh provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent third-party drivers for transportation services. Ariveh does not provide transportation services and does not employ drivers.

Ariveh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Ride requests are subject to driver availability
Estimated arrival times and fares are not guaranteed
Cancellation fees may apply if a ride is cancelled after acceptance
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand
Payment is processed through the app using approved payment methods
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Ariveh may update pricing or fees at any time.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Harass, abuse, or harm drivers or other users
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to damage, hack, or misuse the platform
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Drivers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Ariveh. Ariveh does not control driver behavior, routes, or service quality.
Users may rate drivers and provide feedback. Ariveh may use this information to improve service quality and enforce platform standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ariveh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Ariveh is not responsible for acts or omissions of drivers or users
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ariveh from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Ariveh may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
